Your Path to Becoming a PADI Pro

The PADI System of diver education allows you to progress at your own pace and encourages you to take continuing education programs that enhance your enjoyment and safety. In addition to the prerequisites listed below, you can enjoy more than 40 specialty courses along the way, from Coral Reef Conservation to Digital Underwater Photography.  

 

We offer the following Proffessional level qualifications:

Dive Master

Assistant Instructor

Open Water Scuba Instructor

Divemaster

Working closely with a PADI Instructor, you will expand your dive knowledge and your skills to the professional level. Develop leadership abilities that qualify you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

It is an extensive course with 8 written exams, working along side an instructor with students in pool and open water training.
The price for this course includes a brief case, manuals and slates.

Prerequisites are: PADI Rescue diver (or equivalent from another organisation); 60 logged dives; and be a minimum of 18 years old.

Assistant Instructor
The first part of the Instructor Development Course (IDC) is the Assistant Instructor course, providing additional experience and teaching you the PADI System of diver education. Under the supervision of an Instructor you will; teach knowledge development; evaluate OWD surface skills; teach the Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course; teach the Project AWARE Specialty course; conduct Discover Scuba experiences; and teach Emergency First Response.

Prerequisites are: Divemaster or qualifying certification from another organisation; at least 18 years old; 60 logged dives

Open Water Scuba Instructor
Live the lifestyle and do something extraordinary for a career. Be paid to live and work in some of the most beautiful places in the world.
And your training doesn't stop here, as you can further your experience, skills and employment prospects by becoming a speciality instructor.

Prerequisites: PADI Assistant Instructor certification or be an instructor in good standing with another training organisation for at least six months; hold a dive certification for at least six months; have 100 logged dives that include night, deep and navigation dives; proof of CPR training within the last 24 months; and have medical clearance signed by a doctor.
